3 sets of 12 at 20lbs: Dumbell curls, bench press, standing bench pull backs
3 sets of 8 at 30 lbs bench press
Took my time to breathe and stretch
2 set of 8 diamond hand at chest push ups
1 set of 8 standard push ups

Eighteen  min treadmill, 1.15 mi. Mostly Mostly 5 mph level 4 for about ten min! 

Bicep curls, 12 reps of
20, 17.5, 15, 12, 8, 12, 15, 17.5.
8 reps of 20, 15, 8, 5, 10, 

Keeping elbows in line with ribcage! 

Hold out 8 lbs for 15 sec

Arm cycles 

Hold out 3 lbs for 15 sec

Standing pectoral flies 
10 lbs 10 rep
5 lbs 5 rep
3 lbs 10 rep
