Legs 12/3/16

Ten min of running at 5 mph, up incline 1 to 4 every 2 min
Smith machine, sets of 10, 20 lbs, 35 lbs. Then I only did 2 or so 45 lbs because my right under thigh was acting up

As such, 2 min on stair machine and then 1 set 10 reps 1 legged lunge

I think my leg is saying, increments man, it’s been a while with added muscle.

25 min treadmill
4 mph, escalating incline up 1 to 4 every two minutes up and down and up

Then Dumbell curls 20 lbs, sets of 10 mixed with dumbbell Press, Alternating 10 lb with 20 for form, followed by a 30 sec plank by a final set

Turkey day. Hotel exercise room. Brief.

15 12lb freeweight bench press.
12 20lb

Intermixed with twelve push ups then five push ups. Weakling!

Fifteen min treadmill 4 mph or so.

This scale says 169 lbs. Boo.
