Lat and shoulder arm raises to sides, 3 sets of ten mixed with single arm raises, slow slow slow and steady. 8 lbs dumbbells.

I took my inhaler prior to all of this, but damn am I still breathless. Chapped lips.

Today I focused on conditioning and chest. Lots of push ups in different positions, stretching and reps of ten to fifteen. The hardest parts were ensuring I was not open and wide so I wouldn’t tense my neck and shoulders like I tend to do. Instead, lock those abs and use lower weights for longer periods of time. I found during the whole workout my asthmatic breathlessness, so raising my arms to allow my chest to fill was essential.
