3 sets of rotating flutter kicks to work obliques
With 3 sets of bicycle
6 twists with outstretched legs
3 sets of 60 sec planks
3 sets of 30 sec side planks
Attempts to do and hold downward facing dog
4 min of stair machine at levels 5 8 5

13 min treadmill, up a full incline every minute at 4 mph until 10, at which did cool down

Proceeded to Smith machine, what a great set.
12 reps 45 each side
12 reps 55 each
6 reps 65 each
4 reps 75 each
4 reps 75 each
4 reps 45

Stretching to cool down. My focus is to strengthen my core and stretch my hips then every other day to do upper body.
