Trail jog

Jogged 2.8 miles in 45 min. Slow today but steady.

Did about sixty concurrent squats prior to jogging.

After yesterday’s #WomensMarchOnWashington, walking about 7 mi, I’d say I’m good.

Lower back sore, right calf has been a bit tight.
