After a weekend of rest and eating, Im surprising myself with

2 sets of 10 push ups
Fifteen min of 4.5 mph 1 incline treadmill
Five min of 3 mph 1 incline treadmill
Five min of stair master

I can tell Im still sick from chest tightness and overall tiredness, but I have energy and am eager to get better so I can emphasize my efforts into strength building.
