Cardio

After a weekend of rest and eating, I’m surprising myself with

2 sets of 10 push ups
Fifteen min of 4.5 mph 1 incline treadmill
Five min of 3 mph 1 incline treadmill
Five min of stair master

I can tell I’m still sick from chest tightness and overall tiredness, but I have energy and am eager to get better so I can emphasize my efforts into strength building.

Well after two weeks of bronchitis, I pushed and went 3.6 miles today in a little over 40 min. My goal is to do push ups and stretching tomorrow, then run every other day.
