I hadn’t worked out in what felt like a week and a half. Today, with my hubby in tow, after a long day and prepping a meal (which was later da bomb), we

Did 3 sets of push-ups, 15 reps

3 sets of 20 sit ups

3 sets of 50 sec planks

Holding a 5 lb weight in front and over as best possible, 10 reps

Squats with weight in hand, 3 sets of 8 reps

I feel like mushy weakness. This is a good start.
