Lat pull downs, front then back, 70 lbs then 85-70 then 100-70 x twice then 70-70. Normal grip then wide then normal, over and under hand

Smith dead lifts 10 lbs each then 15 lbs then 45 lbs, 10 reps each

Dumbbell Bench Press, reps of 12

30,25,20,15,10

Dumbbell 10 reps of 30,

5 full flies, lol shoulders

40 sec plank, each oblique then plank again.

Whew.
