I am a visual and performing artist. As a visual artist, I concentrate my art in abstract paintings, form drawings, and currently explore wood and mixed media sculpture. As an actor/performance artist, I explore modeling, theatre collaboration, and photography from both sides of the lenses. As a whole, I work to expand my local arts community through working in multiple projects by seeking to learn from those in my community through cultivating relationships, getting involved in organizations and events, and promoting social media.

I graduated from the University of Maryland -College Park with a double-major in both theatre and art studio; and currently live near Washington, DC. With hopes to study urban planning for graduate school by 2012, I work to understand dynamics between architectural structure, people, their spaces and their comfort. I currently blog and run Soulstrong Arts Blog at http://www.soulstrong.com.
