Yesterday mat work

I spent 31 minutes yesterday working on the ground focusing on stretching my legs, widening my hips, working out horribleness in my back/neck from a bad sleep, and stretching my back.

I then went straight to the hip raising treadmill machine for 25 minutes. Goddayum.
